Supporting individuals and parents navigating divorce, healing, and personal transformation

Individual therapy and group support to help process life transitions and move forward with clarity and confidence

About Me

  • I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering therapy for adults and parents navigating divorce, life transitions, and the lasting impact of early experiences. With over 25 years of experience in mental health, I help people move beyond survival patterns toward lives that feel more grounded, intentional, and connected.

My background spans nonprofit organizations, county public health and social services, school districts, and healthcare settings. This breadth of experience gives me a deep understanding of family systems, parenting, and how early life experiences shape us over time.

  • I understand how challenging major life transitions and complex relationships can be, and I believe meaningful change is possible. I work with clients to deepen emotional awareness, rebuild self-trust, and shift patterns in how they relate to themselves and others.

My approach focuses not only on healing the past, but on creating lasting change. Together, we explore patterns shaped by early experiences while supporting you in moving forward with greater clarity, intention, and choice.

Through individual therapy and group work, I help clients create lives that feel more aligned, connected, and fulfilling..

  • I work with adults navigating divorce or separation, parenting through transitions, and healing from difficult family dynamics or early experiences. Many of my clients are also seeking to shift long-standing emotional and relational patterns, develop healthier boundaries, and build a stronger, more grounded sense of self.

  • I offer individual therapy and groups that provide supportive, structured spaces for healing, growth, and personal transformation. These settings allow for deeper emotional work, connection, and meaningful change over time.

Services

All services are offered virtually

Individual Psychotherapy

$175.00

I offer psychotherapy for individuals navigating major life transitions, including divorce. This work provides a structured and supportive space to explore the impact of past relational experiences, including emotional wounds and life narratives that have shaped current patterns and ways of relating.

Together, we work to understand and integrate these experiences with compassion and clarity, so they are no longer the only framework through which you see yourself. The focus is on healing, meaning-making, and developing a more integrated sense of self.

Alongside this deeper reflection, therapy is future-oriented and intentional, supporting you in clarifying your values, identity, and what you are moving toward as you build a more aligned and meaningful life.

Please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether we are a good fit for services.
